Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Orders

We offer international shipping to the USA.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ella & I is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
