About Us
I’m Becky, and I started Ella and I in 2021 from my kitchen table in Macclesfield, Cheshire. As a mum of three and a Pharmacology graduate, I found myself searching for a better way to fill my home with beautiful scents. I was frustrated by the same old options: messy, hard-to-clean wax melts and products that just didn’t last. So, I decided to create something different.
Every single product is still hand-poured by our small team here in Cheshire. I care deeply about quality and consistency, and I want every batch to meet the standards I set for my own home. All of our ranges are vegan, cruelty-free, and packaged using recyclable or biodegradable materials.
Our gel wax melts are my way of making home fragrance simple and mess-free. When you’re ready for a new scent, just let them cool, peel them away, and pop in something fresh.
What started as a one-woman project has grown into a close-knit team, but my values haven’t changed. I’m passionate about bringing something different to the market, building real relationships with our customers, and making every order feel special.

This is a firm favourite from Ella and I gel melts. So easy to use, no more scraping out hard wax as they just peel away. Haven't tried these before ? You must!!
I have used these gel melts for a long time so thought I would try the Autumn scents now. Each one has a gorgeous aroma, and will smell beautiful when lit. Can't wait to use them !!

I was well happy with from taking my first steps in ordering I was very cautious in placing the order but I took my leap and done it I kept tracking my progress and was happy when I saw it was Royal Mail that delivers so I rest up and waited for RM to inbox me to say out for delivery. I am very happy to his company is a very true to words on the app I’m so happy with everything but just has a small problem with one of the gel pods it had leaked a bit but I was still happy with the overall process frm beginning to end I will definitely be ordering again as nights are turning in early now and I like my melts and candles just chilling and unwinding from a stressful day so my next order will be the meditation gel pods thank you ella&I I’m so happy as a first time customer and here to my next order THANK YOU 🤩

I would highly recommend, these gel melts are amazing. They smell beautiful and the smell lasts all day. Not like some wax melts i've used that you can only smell for a couple of hours.

Thought I would give these a try , yet another melt for the burner , Definitely 💯 bang on product the smell is absolutely amazing last for hours & as it says flip the melt the next time burner . I put a very small amount and the scent was absolutely bursting with fragrance love them will definitely buy again

Love these melts. Usually buy the Cherry Blossom and Plum but they were out of stock. I ordered Black Plum and Rhubarb and the aroma is fabulous! I have never been disappointed and wouldn't go anywhere else for my melts.

I use the gel melts as they are the perfect size to fill the empty pots in my Yankee Candle Scentrepiece. The official ones are discontinued and these are great.

This is my 3rd purchase from Ella and I, the gel melts are so easy to use, and you can take the gel out and swap fragrances as your mood takes with out any mess . It fill the room with the most delicious smells .
